Original Source: Botanical Chic – A Styled Bridal Shoot at The Manor Rooms
The stunning East Yorkshire Wolds provides the enchanting backdrop to this ‘mini’ bridal shoot at the gorgeously pretty Manors Rooms in South Cave.
Very much playing on those inside out feels, the shoot – led by Ellen from LND Events – brings together a host of the venue’s most trusted suppliers.
Taking the lead from the venue’s decor, with its dreamy colour palette of teal, corals and gold – the team complemented these tones with understated, elegant styling details. We’re talking bud vases, balloons, a wicker sofa adorned with blooms and the most beautiful of tablescapes, featuring pastel-hued stationery and delicate macaroons.
The shoot also spotlights a handpicked selection of what we can only describe as show-stopping wedding gowns. Just wait until you see the White April dress with its princess-like draping panel blowing in the breeze – a fabulous alternative to the traditional veil that’s giving us wedding dress envy! Location & inspiration
Ellen says:Having been put forward as a recommended supplier, I was keen to work with The Manor Rooms to arrange a mini shoot alongside other talented names on their list.
The venue has been styled with chairs that are very much the talking point. With tones of sage, dark teal and floral details of coral and gold, it seemed logical to work with these accents than against them, so the teal and coral became the main basis of the shoot.
The venue is fully licensed for weddings with the option of using the glass-fronted mezzanine level or the main room. I wanted the shoot to focus on bringing the outside in, with the stunning views that the Manor Rooms boasts in the background of the scenes.
