Taking inspiration from the SS19 bridal catwalks – today’s fun and fabulous styled shoot at the sumptuous Denton Hall in North Yorkshire showcases one of our favourite trends: neon.
Eye-popping palettes take centre stage, with a blend of bright tablescapes, shimmering streamers, colourful confections and confetti balloons all adding party vibes to the day.
As for the elegant wedding gowns – traditional hues with asymmetrical necklines and a shorter hemline bring a touch of calm and elegance to the shoot, contrasting perfectly with the exuberantly styled backdrop. We think hair and makeup artist, Chrys Chapman led the shoot brilliantly!
Denton Hall also happens to be the backdrop to The Wedding Event – our very own luxury wedding fair taking place on Sunday 3 November, 11am to 2pm. Chrys says: What is a wedding, but a celebration? I wanted to create a shoot that was exactly that – a celebration of colour and an embodiment of joy. I took inspiration from one of the major trends in the makeup world gracing the runways of 2019 Spring Fashion Weeks – neon. I wanted to create a team of suppliers who I could celebrate in the shoot, as well. I wanted everyone’s contribution to leap off the pictures in bright, bold, beautiful hues.
